Discover a new found sense of empowerment after learning a few basic self defense moves. This seminar is for women of ALL ages and skill sets. You do not have to be strong or athletic to be able to protect yourself. Megan is a Jiu Jitsu purple belt and she is very passionate about helping women take that first step to becoming their own hero!
